1 - The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Suite Illusions Group for all our services unless stated otherwise in writing with a member of Suite Illusions Group.
2 - The Terms and Conditions are set out on the basis of which Suite Illusions Group enter a contract to provide services and/or goods to the customer.
3 - A binding contract is arisen when a contract including these terms and conditions are agreed and signed between the client and a Suite Illusions Group authorised representative.
4 – If contract has not been signed a binding contract will take effect when the deposit has been paid
5 - The contract's specification of goods and services are provisional, being subject to placement and subcontracts with suppliers.
6 - Bespoke orders are final once the deposit has been paid and cannot be cancelled. If for any reason a bespoke order is cancelled no refund will be offered.
7- All prices are subject to change until final quotation is agreed upon.
8- All orders will only be processed once Suite Illusions Group receive a valid method of payment.
9 - Suite Illusions Group work from an 8 - 12 week turn around unless stated otherwise
10 - All finishings or capping are to be completed by client unless agreed by a Suite Illusions representative prior to order is placed.
11 - All our deliveries use a signed for service and available for delivery to any UK Mainland address.
12 - Any request to change or cancel a delivery date must be made in writing to info@suiteillusions.co.uk and agreed upon with a Suite Illusions representative.
13 – Any alterations required due to client’s specifications may occur an additional charge.
14 – Suite Illusions hold no responsibility for any damages that occur in the fitting process if client asks Suite Illusions representative to go against our professional advice.
15 - Suite Illusions Group offer a 1 year guarantee
16 - Suite Illusions reserve the right to delay delivery if balance is not paid in full for completion date.
17 - All products are property of Suite Illusions Group until the balance has been paid in full and reserve the right to hold and/or retrieve items if balance is not paid in full.
18 - Charges will incur for keeping goods in our storage beyond the agreed period due to no fault of Suite Illusions.
19 – Any issues should be sent in writing to info@suiteillusions.co.uk within 7 days from delivery.
20 - All customers should ensure that they understand and accept these terms and conditions before placing an order. Suite Illusions are happy to answer any questions or clarification before any order is placed.
21 – Once deposit has been paid the client has accepted all of these terms and works can proceed.
_________________________________________________________________1) By entering the competition/giveaway you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by Date Specified by Suite Illusions on Competition post. One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland and British Isles) will be selected at random by Suite Illusions on Date Specified by Suite Illusions on Competition post and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
2) The Promotors competitions with entry via Instagram and/or Facebook are open only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland and British Isles). One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.
3) No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
4) Entrants must be over 16 years old on the date of their entry.
5) Employees of Suite Illusions are not eligible to enter or win any competition.
6) Instagram/Facebook/TikTok and all other social media platforms are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
7) Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
8) Each entrant shall enter the competition via The targeted social media platform by tagging another Social Media User in the comments of the specified post by @suiteillusionsbespokeinteriors, following this Social Media profile, Sharing the specific post to their social media story and/or account and following any other specified entry steps.
9) The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Social Media Platforms, using a random number generator. Suite Illusions will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
10) Suite Illusions will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Suite Illusions takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
11) To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suite Illusions liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
12) To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suite Illusions shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and suite illusions and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
13) Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
14) The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to suite illusions if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
15) In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Suite Illusions reasonable control, Suite Illusions reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
16) Suite Illusions decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
17) The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Suite Illusions after the winner has been selected.
These guys made me a suite 11 years ago, I’m a big lad and this thing was brilliant, I recently had one of the couches re-upholstered as well as adding 2 big arm chairs, Excellent quality, workmanship and style. A Must for anyone wanting a new suite. Do not buy from the big boys, the quality and frame work is ****. Take a picture and they will make it look the same but with far greater quality.
Five star??? Can I give them 10? Absolutely delighted with my suites. The guys transformed my old leather suites to a risky aubergine velvet. These guys run genuine straight up business, and I am confident if I had any problems they would have gladly sorted it. Don’t go anywhere else!

Thomas and the rest of the staff at Suite Illusions were so accommodating and helpful when I was looking for a new sofa. Advising me on the best material with a new baby and helping me stay within my budget. I am over the moon with my new sofa and will definitely be using them in the future. I first got Suite Illusions to cover my sofas 14 years ago and they came back like brand new. I have just had the same sofas recovered again by Suite Illusions and absolutely perfect with exact details. The boys who removed and returned my sofas were extremely polite and very careful. Plastic sheeting was put down to stop any dirt coming in to my house. Highly Recommend this family business. First Class
Just got my Bespoke headboard done by tam. And all I can say is this company are unreal honestly. I can’t thank you guys enough.
Suite illusions is by far the best upholstery company on the market, had my couch for over a year and its still in excellent condition. I have a very boisterous 5 year old whom has used the couch as a trampoline (against my wishes) and it hasn’t even showed any signs of wear and tear. The company are just so helpful, a true family company with a spirit and morale to make the best products with the customers wishes in mind. Cannot fault them at all, thank you so much.
What can I say? "WOW". I’m extremely happy with the service and delighted with my bespoke sofa’s. The team made this experience very personal, they listened to what I wanted, kept me informed and done the design. This was less effort for me – what a brilliant company, very impressed and would highly recommend!
Got my new sofa delivered on Friday and I absolutely love it. Made to measure custom built exactly as I wanted. Fantastic workmanship, great service start to finish. Would highly recommend.
